Between Two Worlds

Cornwall, England

A summer morning along the Cornish coast, still, pale, and near silent. With high tide hiding the ancient causeway, St Michael’s Mount stood quietly separated from the mainland, cradled in soft pinks and purples.

The clouds shifted slowly, brushing the sky with pastel strokes as the first golden light began to lift the shadows. While this location is often praised for dramatic sunsets, I knew I wanted the opposite! A gentle, unbroken morning to bring out its more subtle side.

With the sun rising behind me and barely a sound in the air, the scene felt untouched and completely worth the early start.
